We take care of carrying out a personal check in, where we explain all the operation of the property, and we give the best advice that we can give to our guests, as well as recommendations for shops, restaurants, clubs, parks, museums, and emblematic buildings of the city.
Guests receive bottled water, local publications, a welcome letter, and information on all the services we can offer to ensure they have a wonderful stay.
We provide property inspections prior to check-in and post-check-out. Your property is regularly inspected for inventory, lights, temperature settings, checking that everything is in perfect condition for use.
